Starting out in the real estate industry, I was fortunate to find the perfect opportunity that allowed me to build a foundation without the financial burden that often accompanies such a venture. I joined a subscription-based service where the membership didn’t require me to pay anything upfront—only when I made a sale. This was the ideal starting point for someone relatively new to the industry, as it allowed me to get my feet wet without the typical pressures and risks.
