Building on the success New Directions Online Realty, I have been able to establish a thriving independent real estate business. Operating on a external platform which permitted my growth, but no longer met my needs, has allowed me to conceptualise our business model AgentXchange.

We have created a powerful, home-based business model.

This strategic decision has significantly reduced the financial burdens traditionally associated with running a real estate business, particularly the high subscription fees and overheads of maintaining a physical shopfront. Without the pressure of recurring subscription expenses, I can allocate more resources towards delivering high-quality service to my clients, ensuring that every aspect of my business is finely tuned to meet their needs.

Since launching, New Directions Online Realty has achieved a steady stream of property sales and successfully grown its rent roll management, a testament to the effectiveness of our approach. The reduction in overhead costs has allowed me to reinvest into providing exceptional customer service, making sure that every client receives personalised attention and support throughout their real estate journey.
